Service Description

This is for my ladies that need a moment or two to unwind, ground, meditate and just shut off all the outside noise. This treatment is massage heavy so be sure to drink water before and after this experience. This grounding ritual uses essential oils of lavender and bergamot massaged from head to toe. We start at the scalp, do face, neck and ears, decolletege, hand and arm massage. While you are being massage on your upper body. your lower body is receiving red light therapy. Then we switch the red light therapy to the upper body while we exfoliate the lower body with exfoliation gloves that we send you home with, and apply a bergamot and lavender oil on the legs and proceed to do do a relaxing foot massage. Once this is done we put a weighted blanket on and let you rest to relaxing ocean waves for 25 minutes to decompress and enjoy the stillness.
