Private 60 minute phone coaching session created for woman over 40 years old ready to intentionally step in to their next chapter. Together, we look at you as a "whole" woman: your health, habits, energy, nervous system regulation, body, diet, beauty rituals, boundaries, lifestyle and dreams. This is not about looking 25 again. This is about taking everything you learned over the years and releasing anything that no longer aligns. Midlife is not about disappearing which is what society sold us woman on its about this time is no about you living the life that you desire. Its time to take care of you.
Cancellation Policy
We require a full 24 hours notice to change an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of your service scheduled in that time period. If you are over 15 minutes late you will be considered a no show and be charged for your service. If you no show you will be charge full price of the service scheduled. Up to 15 minutes late we may deduct that time off of your appointment. Thank you for understanding.
