Cancellation Policy
We require a full 24 hours notice to change an appointment. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of your service scheduled in that time period. If you are over 15 minutes late you will be considered a no show and be charged for your service. If you no show you will be charge full price of the service scheduled. Up to 15 minutes late we may deduct that time off of your appointment. Thank you for understanding.
